A Space for Embodied Living
Studio Air Space located within the beautiful sanctuary of Yogalution Wellness Center, in Long Beach, Ca.
We are devoted to helping you explore your unique path to balance, joy, and embodied power. Here, we hold space for the sacred, the everyday, and the transformational.
Through integrative healing arts, mindful movement, and intuitive therapies, we invite you to return to yourself—freely, fully, and fiercely.
We work slowly, intentionally.
We believe in the brilliance of the body, the wisdom of the pause, and the medicine of presence.
Our offerings are not "treatments"--- they are ceremonies of remembering. From deeply restorative bodywork and lymphatic-drainage-focused facial massage to Ayurvedic postpartum care, V-steam rituals, and private yoga sessions, each session is an invitation invitation to reinhabit your body,
reclaim your rhythm, and reawaken your inherent radiance.
“Let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.” — Mary Oliver
Why: Studio Air?
Because breath needs room.
Because healing doesn’t always happen between four walls.
Because in the quiet unraveling of what no longer fits, something softer, smaller, and more honest can begin.
Studio Air Space was born from a departure—a letting go of an old way, and a deep inhale into the new.
After years at the helm of traditional studios and large teams, our founder chose to create something radically different: a space that honors 1:1 connection, intimacy, and the slow, steady work of tending to the self.
During a time when the world retreated indoors, I chose air, space, and simplicity. This studio is a breath made visible.
a life well-loved
Slow mornings.
Time in nature.
Skincare rituals.
Playlists that make you feel something.
Analog calendars & planners.
Awesome hats.
We believe in beauty as a way of life, not performance.
In listening more than fixing.
In creating pockets of peace in a world that moves too fast.
Welcome to Studio Air.

Based in Southern California, she brings over 26 years of experience in the healing arts. She weaves together yoga instruction, yoga instruction, doula care (from conception through postpartum), and nutritional consulting.
A seasoned guide and a steady hand for those navigating the winding path of transformation. Sequanna's background spans both the intuitive and the aesthetic— from nurturing one-on-one wellness practices to serving as a buyer and visual merchandiser for boutique yoga studios and wellness spaces.
She sees healing not just as a practice, but as a way of seeing— attentive, artful, and deeply embodied.
Sequanna has a particular calling to support women through pivotal life transitions, including the
tender terrain of hormonal shifts and post-hysterectomy healing.
She offers rituals that have sustained her own evolution, walking with reverence for the body’s wisdom and embracing the dance between grounding and grace, effort and ease, harmony and
the ever-holy wobble.
These are the moments she seeks to offer you—simple, sacred pauses where your mind, body, and spirit might meet again.

Let's be honest; the term "Self-Care" can elicit a range of emotions. Personally, it often feels like just another hashtag that makes me roll my eyes due to its frequent use. However, the issue isn't with the concept itself. In reality, I embrace the call to action for self-care, whether it involves some quality alone time, quality time spent with my best friend, treating myself to a relaxing massage, attending a yoga class, meditating, or dropping in to a good book. I view these activities as simply "enrichment time," the practice formerly known as "self-care." If you're interested in having space held for your enrichment, click below, or read the post.
